The on board environments (Dark Green and Light Green) show the “LIBRARY”, “SEARCH”, “BOOKMARKS” and “ABOUT” tabs, and the Light Green environment shows all the tabs.
The Access window also presents specific button: “Check”
3.2.1
The “Check” button
Use the “check” button to check the integrity of the manuals. The integrity check is performed against a “hash file” created during the manual edition.

2 options:
•
Click “Check All”: the verification of all manuals
•
Click “Manual Name”: the verification of one manual.
After the check, the check date and status of the verified manuals are updated in the "LIBRARY" access panel manuals list.

3.2.2
The “SERVICE BULLETINS” button
Use the “SERVICE BULLETIN” to consult the status of Service Bulletins for a given MSN.
If the manuals do not contain “scheduled” or “applied” Service bulletins LPC Doc Browser displays the following page:

Otherwise LPC Doc Browser displays the Service bulletins scheduled or applied by the user.

LPC Doc Browser displays a table with the following information:

Reference of the Service Bulletin.
Last Status Change
The Date of the last action performed on the service bulletin.
The status of the SB can be determined by the color of the checkbox:

Forced applied
To be applied(*) Black background with a cyan tick.
Scheduled
Black background with no tick.

Each column of the table can be sorted and the sort order is indicated by a upper/lower arrow.(See 1)
When the user selects a SB, for example 46-8011, LPC Doc Browser displays a summary page to indicate to the user the list of Service bulletins which will be applied to the documentation.

When the user selects the button OK, LPC Doc Browser displays a confirmation dialog:
And LPC Doc Browser is automatically closed. The user has to restart the LPC Doc Browser to consult the documentation with the applied Service Bulletins.
3.3
The LIBRARY access panel
The “LIBRARY” panel displays:
•
Either the list of all available manuals that can be consulted.
•
Or the list of Airline bookmarks.
One or other mode is pre-set in a configuration file.
