The installation is complete. A summary of installed elements and encountered errors is displayed.

POST-INSTALLATION
Once installed, the LPC Browser application messages can be customized by editing the “log4j.properties” files located in “[CONTROL_INSTALL_DIR]/conf”
LPC Browser GUI labels are defined in
“[CONTROL_INSTALL_DIR]\conf\*.properties” files.
LPC Browser GUI sizes (and other parameters) are defined in “[CON-ROL_INSTALL_DIR]\conf\*.config” files.
2.4.1
Modify launch script parameters (optional)
You can modify launch script parameters if they do not correspond to your configuration:
1.
With Windows Explorer, browse to [LPC Browser_INSTALL_DIR]
2.
Edit the “run-ois-control.bat” file with a text editor (Notepad for instance)
3.
Modify the 7 parameters of the On Ground LPC BROWSER in the line launching the OIS control, that are in the following order:
Parameter

Example
CT_data_path
The path or URL of the directory containing the Document Units and their associated data.
Would be “file:data/” or file:///[CONTROL_INSTALL_DIR]/ct_data/
OIS_CONTROL_data_path
The path or URL of the directory containing the Aircraft Type list and CRT file.
“file:///[CONTROL_INSTALL_DIR]/control_data/”
CT_user_path
The path or URL of the directory containing the user data (book-mark and note file). Check that the directory exists!
“C:/TEMP/”
dataset_name
The DU validation file name.
“LPC BROWSERvalidation”
users_file
The file containing the list of available users.
“file:data/users.xml” or file:///[CONTROL_INSTALL_DIR]/control_data/users.xml
