2015 年 7 月 2 日星期四，SDV 位于法国南特南部圣艾尼昂格朗德利厄的新大楼将在一众客户和供应商的见证下举行落成典礼。
该大楼占地一公顷，共三层，可提供 2700 平方米的办公区（供 200 人使用）。 在大楼的设计阶段，我们就充分考虑了客户日后的运营需求，而且从建设伊始就确保符合施工规范，注重环境保护。
最终，该新大楼通过高品质环境质量 (HQE) 认证。对该 NFHQE ™ 商业大楼的认证主要围绕环保施工、环保管理、保证人体舒适度和健康等多个方面展开。
这座大楼日后将用作法国西部大区的地区总部，接替我们在坎佩尔、雷恩、蒙图瓦和绍莱当地的分支机构。 我们集团在法国的另一个货代品牌 Saga 的团队成员也将入驻这座新大楼。 预计共有 300 名公司各个部门的员工将进驻该大楼。
我们的南特办公室共有 160 名员工，他们不仅从事与地区总部相关的工作，而且还负责管理南特经济辐射区范围内客户的国际物流操作。 借助这座新大楼，SDV 能够更好地满足客户的需求，尤其是食品行业、航空航天和国防、高科技、海洋业和游艇业以及零售行业的客户。
新大楼落成后，印证了 SDV 在法国大力发展运营业务的战略，同时 Bolloré 集团 2015 年和 2016 年在法国广泛的项目投资活动也迈出坚实的第一步。
A New State-of-the-Art Building for SDV Nantes
This coming Thursday, on July 2nd, 2015, SDV inaugurates its new building in the presence of its best customers and suppliers, located in Saint-Aignan de Grand Lieu, in the south of Nantes (France).
Built on one hectare of land, it provides a space of 2,700 sqm of offices (for 200 people) on three levels. It responds to the challenges of effective operations management but also reflects the environmental dimension which has been placed at the heart of the specification since the initial phase of the project. As a result, this new building is High Quality Environmental (HQE) certified. This NFHQE ™ commercial buildings’ certification focuses on the performance of eco-construction, eco-management, comfort and health of construction operations. Its first vocation is to be the headquarters of the Grand-West Region, relayed locally by our branches of Quimper, Rennes, Montoir and Cholet. This new building will also host the teams of Saga, another forwarding agent of the group in France. A total of 300 employees - all combined functions - are involved in the development of the activities of the group. The site in Nantes employs 160 people, not only associated to the regional headquarter functions but also dedicated to managing our customers’ international logistics operations within the ‘economic attraction zone’ of Nantes. Strong of this new infrastructure, SDV responds best to the requirements of its customers, especially those of the Food industry, Aerospace and Defense, High Technology, Marine and Yachting, but also of the Retail industry. This achievement confirms SDV’s strategy to develop its ability to operate in France, and marks the first concrete step to an extensive investment program of the Bolloré Group in France for 2015 and 2016.
