Links The a element's href attribute is not mandatory, but it should usually be provided for this element to be meaningful. Note that, contrary to HTML, you should not define an anchor using the name attribute, but instead use an id attribute on the element you want to refer to.
3.3.3. Style Sheets
The eAIP Specification includes XSLT and CSS style sheets, to format an eAIP in a standard way. These style sheets are not mandatory. EUROCONTROL recommends the use of these style sheets in order to promote a consistent visual eAIP format for users. There is a set of style sheets for HTML format and another set for PDF.
The style sheets are part of the eAIP package.
