LPC BROWSER ARCHITECTURE
LPC Browser can be used in different configurations. These are all described hereafter, for each you will find specific associated requisites.
LPC Browser is designed as a Web application that has to be used through a standard Web archi-tecture.
LPC Browser is a full Java application that can be used in different ways. But the core application is the same in all cases.
3.1
LPC BROWSER ON-GROUND RELEASE IN STANDALONE MODE
This use case corresponds to the full standalone mode of the LPC Browser. In this case, there can be no interface with other applications like performance modules.

3.2
LPC BROWSER ON-GROUND RELEASE IN CENTRALIZED DATA MODE
This use case is likely the previous one, except that data are not located locally but can be centra-lized on an HTTP server. This mode is useful for people that have an access to a network, and facilitates data update management.

3.3
LPC BROWSER-WEB RELEASE (REFER TO FOCT-WEB DOCUMENTATION)
This use case corresponds to a full web deployment. There is no need to install any specific appli-cation on client computer. A standard browser with a java plug-in is sufficient to consult manuals. Nevertheless this LPC Browser has not all features available in the standard LPC Browser applica-tion (please refer to FOCT-Web documentation).
