1. Amendment No. 1 to the Supplement to Annex 16, Volume 11, provides additional information
received from States up to 25 March 1999 with respect to all amendments up to and including
Amendment 3.
2. To incorporate this amendment:
a) replace existing pages (iii) and (iv) by the attached replacement pages dated 25/3/99;
b) on page (v) and on the country page for the Netherlands, change by hand the date at the
bottom of the page to read 25/3/99 and change "Netherlands, Kingdom of the" to
"Netherlands"; and
c) record the entry of this amendment on page (ii).
