When the TEST-RECALL switch is set to TEST, all legends on the 10-channel and
8-channel system annunciator panels and the master caution lights come on.
The BRT-DIM switch on the 10-channel system annunciator panel controls the
brightness of both system annunciator panel legends, the two master caution
lights and all individual system lights.
Four test switches allow all warning lights to be tested. The switches are
located as follows:
TEST/RECALL on 10-channel system annunciator panel
- WARN LTS TEST on pilot's facia panel
- WARNING LT TEST on centre pedestal
WARN LTS TEST on copilotfs facia panel
Figure 8 shows the locations of the warning lights tested by each switch,

OPERATING MANUAL
An electronic circuit breaker unit completes the system. The unit contains 40
protected 28-volt dc power supplies for the master caution and warning system
and other flight compartment warning lights. Each power supply is fed from
three separate sources:
- BATT BUS, CBP-B
- 28V DC ESS BUS, CPD-D
- 28V DC BUS 2, CBP-B
Each output is automatically scanned to detect any possible overload,
indicating a fault in one of the channels. When a fault is detected the AUTO
CB CHAN FAIL annunciator comes on.
The unit operates individually or simultaneously from the three power sources.
